Description:

This role will be responsible for providing world-class business insights and support to Apple Retail Leadership through the ownership of plan, forecast, close, and KPI development for Store Op Ex.

Partner closely with Apple Retail leadership to support strategy, budgeting, and reporting.

Design and implement KPIs, metrics frameworks, and underlying data structures.

Build cross-functional partnerships across Apple to drive the highest quality outcomes.

Ensure governance and compliance with Apple Finance policies across organizations.

Develop a deep understanding of Apple Retail to guide deliverables and decision-making.

Continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Analytical ability to synthesize complex problems and datasets into business insights.

Advanced Excel proficiency to support FP&A processes and KPI measurement.

Experience across the data stack, including Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Tableau.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills across all levels of leadership.

Proactive problem solver who brings proposed solutions alongside identified issues.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships across Apple.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.

Highly curious, willing to learn, and driven to uncover root versus surface-level explanations.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant finance experience in a high-performance organization

BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business (or equivalent)

Pay & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
