Are you passionate about shaping the future of advertising technology? We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager for our Campaign Optimization team. You'll drive the development product strategy and development of automation products of that help our advertisers be successful on our platform. You'll pair customer empathy with analytical rigor to form hypotheses and influence the direction of our AI-driven products, directly impacting thousands of brands and the future of digital advertising at Apple. If you're driven by leveraging data driven insights to bootstrap zero-to-one products and creating solutions that impact customer and business outcomes, we want you to lead with us.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve success metrics for optimizing advertiser campaigns

Lead product strategy and execution from concept to launch, leveraging data analytics to inform decisions

Develop hypotheses and evaluate them through data-driven insights and customer feedback

Assess technical and non-technical trade-offs for product decisions and communicate findings across teams and to executives
-
Work closely with engineering teams to test and launch new products and features, focusing on customer-centric solutions
-
Engage with stakeholders, conduct complex data analysis paired with experiment design, define product use cases, and drive projects that transform advertising experiences while upholding our commitment to privacy
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in product management within digital advertising technologies
Expertise in ad optimization algorithms and digital marketplaces, specifically in building auto-bidding and budget optimization systems
Proven track record of launching and enhancing advertising products
Background in Statistics, Experimentation, Machine Learning, and AI
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to define measurable success metrics and lead teams to deliver results
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey results and opportunity areas to cross-functional teams and leadership
Excels in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Proficiency in SQL and experience in analyzing complex, large-scale data sets to form hypotheses, justify product opportunities, and measure success
Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams for product development

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
