Account Specialist Considering a new job change?

What the day will look like Support account managers and assistant account managers in managing the accounts assigned to them.
Supervise and carry out key processes that enable effective client service.
Undertake internal activities related to customer service processes.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience that will lead to success Demonstrates strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Must hold Broker’s license, or to be obtained within 6 months of start date.
Bilingual fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
Exemplary communication skills and ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers.
Performs general account functions including miscellaneous office duties in support of client servicing.
Ability to manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests.
Actively supports the renewal process.
Understands best practices and leverages available resources.
