We are open for this to be based out of our Head Office – Auckland What the mahi looks like We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Health Insurance Administrator to join our Life & Health Benefits support team.
In this role, you will join a team of Administrators, Account Executives, and Brokers, ensuring seamless support to both internal and external stakeholders and adhere to the highest standards of service delivery. A few key areas of responsibility include: Making sure systems are kept up to date and information is accurate.
Provide administration support to our Account Executives and Account Brokers.
Monthly premium arrears management Able to follow procedures and investigate issues to solve problems.
Engaging in communication with clients through phone calls and emails to support their insurance requirements.
Manage key stakeholder relationships Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service Skills and experience that will lead to success You may come from a varied background in customer service/call centre environments, medical admin and/or a strong coordination background.
Confident using MS Office applications – especially Excel Other key skills we look for are: Ability to manage various contact points and attention to detail Why Aon?
