What the day will look like Handle client members’ enquiries on coverage and claims – face to face and by hotline; Pre-review the medical claims submission; Client team members’ documents distribution; Coordinate the Inpatient LOG with HR for team members; Pre-assessment the special claims with insurer and client team members; Prepare tailor-made panel doctor list by different areas of Macau Skills and experience that will lead to success University graduate with relevant working experience in client facing or customer services Good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills Good analytics and negotiations skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 2587552
