This role will involve assisting the marketing, negotiation and placement of US Casualty Construction business within the Lloyd ’s and Company Markets on a day-to-day basis in accordance with the Marketing Strategy.

What the day will look like Assist in providing advice to clients and network colleagues on placement design, available capacity, likely pricing, and coverage Working with colleagues and clients on sophisticated, large capacity placements Assist in defining marketing strategy Assist in Lead quote broking / Follow market broking within Lloyd’s and European market Assist in presenting quoted terms to client / network Firm Order broking (PPL / wet stamps / email) Review draft / final MRC for binding Sending Cover confirmation to Client / Network Co-ordination and monitoring of premium payments to the markets Assist in hosting Client meetings with Underwriters Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients How this opportunity is different The Aon US Casualty Construction team is recognised in the market as being best in class within the sector and is known for its dynamic and innovative nature.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Experience: in broking Construction Liability business, either in the US, UK or International marketplace.
Technical Insurance knowledge across Casualty / Construction Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
Experience: of placement of MRC contracts on the PPL platform Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
