What the day will look like

• The IT Governance Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional governance activities across LATAM, providing support to regional IT teams in areas such as budget management, performance measurement, risk and cybersecurity oversight, vendor contract governance, and internal/external audits. This role ensures the availability of accurate reporting and insights to support decision-making and interactions with global Steering Committees (Steer Cos).

• • Lead the planning, management, and monitoring of IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX) across LATAM subregions, driving efficiency and financial performance*

• Define, track, and report strategic IT performance metrics (KPIs), providing visibility into regional technology operations and outcomes

• Maintain and govern the regional technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and transformation initiatives

• • Oversee IT risk, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and audit activities, ensuring compliance with established plans, controls, and documentation requirements*

• Serve as the primary liaison between LATAM IT and global stakeholders, including Steering Committees, Finance, Procurement, and Strategy & Transformation teams

• Manage key vendor relationships and contracts, conduct performance reviews, and support procurement processes, including purchase order governance and service performance monitoring.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field*
• • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles within IT Governance, Strategic PMO, Technology Consulting, or related functions*
• • Experience in IT service contracts, vendor management, and technology governance frameworks*

• Advanced English proficiency (required for regional and global reporting). Portuguese is a plus
