We are seeking an experienced communications and consulting professional to lead our Wealth Communications proposition across EMEA Our Wealth Communications team designs, writes and delivers clear, engaging and impactful communications for members of both DB and DC pension schemes.

We support all aspects of member engagement, from retirement planning and education campaigns to change management and strategic communication programmes.

This senior role carries full accountability for delivering revenue growth, profitability, and overall financial performance for the consulting segment.

You will lead the Wealth communications proposition: shaping its strategic direction, driving its development, and ensuring it delivers measurable commercial outcomes.

Working in partnership with experienced stakeholders, you will also develop and lead integrated communications activity with clients that strengthens and grows our market position and deepens client engagement.

Lead and deliver consulting projects ensuring they meet scope, timelines, budget and quality standards.

Develop strategic communications programmes that deliver meaningful business and client outcomes Lead creative delivery – working with our design and copywriting experts to deliver high quality communications across a range of channels Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, or introducing new products/services.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout delivery Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to track opportunities and provide clear visibility for results.

Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to increase opportunities.
