Job Responsibilities: Lead projects and manage day-to-day client relationships, consistently demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of health and benefits, consultative expertise, and practical application.

Exhibit advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Operate independently and delegate assignments to colleagues, ensuring both personal work and that of junior team members are complete and thorough.

Understand the integration of Health & Benefits within the larger context of Total Rewards and human capital management, and leverage this insight to identify cross-business opportunities that address client needs.

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies in relation to the Health & Benefits sector.

Collaborate with the actuarial team to prepare and present financial analyses.

Work closely with the broking team to develop and deliver marketing analyses.

Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and external partners.

Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance and conduct plan document reviews.

Support the Private Equity Account Executive in developing and executing strategies for mergers and acquisitions, including harmonization analysis and post-transaction benefit program implementation.

Provide ad-hoc support to facilitate the conversion of due diligence targets into ongoing clients and pursue growth opportunities.

Identify potential avenues to expand existing client relationships and engage the Account Executive as appropriate.

Required Experience:

More than five years of experience in Health and Benefits.

Over five years of experience in a HR consulting or professional services environment.

At least three years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions Human Capital management (preferred).

Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities.

Effective multitasking skills for managing simultaneous projects.

Exceptional project management and analytical proficiency.

Advanced presentation skills.

Postings The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $120,000 to $135,000 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of State/Region.

The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.

The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
