What a typical day look like The Technology Leader is tasked with evolving and strengthening the regional application ecosystem, leading multicultural teams, ensuring cybersecurity and compliance, and driving measurable business value through technology.
This role acts as a critical link between regional IT strategy and local execution, emphasizing operational excellence, risk management, and continuous transformation aligned with Aon’s global priorities.
Skills and experience that will lead to success Define and implement the HSA technology roadmap in alignment with regional and global strategies while addressing local market needs.
Lead and develop distributed technology teams, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with local data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards across all countries in the region.
Serve as a strategic partner to Country Managers and functional leaders by translating business needs into effective technology solutions.
Design and handle a demand prioritization model incorporating capacity, and risk factors.
Lead all aspects of technology performance benchmarks to identify efficiencies and drive improvements.
Lead ISO 27001 certification efforts and run technology audits.
Strengthening governance, risk, and control frameworks, including vulnerability management and adherence to cybersecurity policies.
