We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.

The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of brokers and leading a client portfolio whilst also implementing strategies which focuses on growth and portfolio retention.

What the day will look like Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across a diverse industry portfolio.

Oversee key stakeholder relationships and focus on client experience enhancement.

Identify development opportunities for your designated portfolio and design of appropriate servicing solutions.

Grow new and profitable business within the Commercial segment.

Lead and manage team members within the segment, overseeing recruitment/HR/performance management.

Mentorship and development of junior team members within the region.

Experienced Insurance Broker with leadership experience/capabilities Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products Hold Tier 1 Qualifications in Insurance Excellent client relationship management capabilities
