What the day will look like As a Client Service Consultant, you will: Work closely with Client Services Leads and the Client Services Director to deliver detailed operational excellence.
Lead renewal meetings, prepare, and review reports and communication materials.
Conduct employee communication sessions and presentations.
Collaborate with the Client Relations Team to develop client-related initiatives, providing a broad approach to benefits consulting.
Maintain direct relationships with corporate clients and handle customer issues across all coverage lines.
Achieve the benchmarks set for the year.
Skills and experience that will lead to success A diploma in any relevant field.
Minimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI, CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as a Broking and FA representative with MAS or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience as a consultant or account manager in the Health & Benefits Industry, collaborating with multinational clients.
Strong client management abilities, with the capacity to analyze, think critically, and resolve problems.
The ability to manage and influence key collaborators both internally and externally.
Outstanding self-discipline and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on service excellence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
