Job Description: JR190028 Project Leader
Responsible for developing project plans and leading small projects to completion. This role supports research initiatives focused on analyzing healthcare data (e.g., claims, clinical, and survey data) to generate insights that inform clinical, operational, and business decisions. The Project Leader will partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, ensure timelines are met, and support delivery of high-quality research outcomes.
Location:
Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

How you will make an impact:

Communicates progress, issues, and barriers, to internal and external customers.

Conducts periodic status meetings.
-
Conducts root cause analysis of processes and issues, identifies and makes recommendations for improvements, and develops documentation.

Researches, compiles, extrapolates and validates data used to forecast staffing needs and work flows, and/or resolve quality and other operational issues.

Assists in managing project scope to ensure business needs are met and the project scope as defined in the project charter is delivered, identifying, documenting and raising requests for changes from original specifications.

Communicate plans, status, and issues within the team, group, or project, including both IT and business members and management.

Has basic understanding of project management methodology, tools & processes and able to apply to small projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Experience supporting project coordination or project management activities preferred.

Exposure to healthcare, research, or data-driven environments (claims, clinical, or survey data) a plus.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with data/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) preferred.
-
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
-
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and adapt to changing priorities.
