ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Buyer to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs

• Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing

• Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track

• Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals

• Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field

• 4+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement

• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

• Full-time on site in Anduril’s Morrisville, NC facility

• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

US Salary Range**$99,000—$131,000 USD**
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
