• Operate and monitor automated test equipment for semiconductor devices.
• Perform routine checking and monitoring of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) automated handlers and wafer probe equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Document and report equipment malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
• Update and maintain record for test development testing and experiment activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet test development goals.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new equipment and procedures.
• Adhere to quality control standards and company policies.
