Senior Secure Service Edge (SSE) Engineer – Netskope Operations & Support

Location: Bangalore, India or Limerick, Ireland

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SSE Engineer to join our Network & Security Infrastructure team. This role focuses on supporting and operating our Netskope Secure Service Edge platform, which helps protect our users, applications, and data. You will play a key part in ensuring secure, reliable connectivity and a positive user experience across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of our Netskope security platform.
• Ensure services run smoothly and meet performance and security standards.
• Respond to and resolve issues quickly to minimize impact on employees.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes.
• Document procedures and share knowledge with support teams.
• Participate in change management and help implement new features.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in IT security or network engineering.
• Experience with Netskope is highly preferred.
• Strong background in managing security platforms and troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling critical incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud security technologies and zero trust principles.

• Experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams.

• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or cloud security are a plus.

• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.

Department of Commerce:

• Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.

Department of State:
