Product Owner – AI Studio

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join the AI Studio development team and collaborate on a new AI platform accelerating AI development across ADI. AI Studio is a unified platform enabling fast, scalable and collaborative AI/ML development and demonstration. It streamlines how teams collect data, develop models and showcase demo applications.

As this is a senior role, our ideal candidate will have strong product owner experience, have extensive AI/ML knowledge and have experience working with software development teams in an agile environment for 10 or more years.

Responsibilities

• Gather input from customers and internal ADI teams to build out software requirements
• Ensure ADI's security, compliance and AI governance guidelines are adhered to at all times
• Map software requirements into software releases at a regular cadence
• Collaborate with the software development team to define user stories and clear acceptance criteria
• Work with the design team to craft intuitive, easy to use web interfaces, Python SDKs, any other user interactions
• Work in an agile scrum team, adapting to changing priorities
• Maintain a product backlog prioritised based on customer value, strategy and technical feasibility
• Validate that software delivered meets the requirements by testing and verifying with end users
• Support the adoption of the product via training, conferences and user engagement

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience working as a product owner or product manager
• Understanding of AI/ML software development
• Experience building out a software platform
• Experience working in an agile software development environment either as a developer, product owner, business analyst or project manager
• Experience drafting software requirements and mapping requirements to product releases
• Stakeholder management experience
• The ability to drive projects and releases and overcome obstacles
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
