We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated new graduates Engineer to join manufacturing team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, selecting and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products. Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Studies equipment performance and reliability. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing up-time and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Strong understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and mechanics.
  • Solid knowledge of control systems, sensors, robotics, and electromechanical integration.
  • Experience with CAD and simulation software (e.g., Solid Works, MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW).
  • Programming skills in languages such as C/C++, Python, or PLC programming.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi).
  • Understanding of AI applications in engineering systems is a plus.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to interact with global teams, share best practices, and report on performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovation & Initiative: Design, build, and test integrated mechatronic systems involving sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and mechanical components.
  • Apply Modern System: Develop control algorithms and implement them through embedded programming for real-time system operation.
  • Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis**:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to develop and troubleshoot automation systems.
  • Technical & Development: Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations as needed for product optimization. Design mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD).
  • Project Initiative: Utilize AI/machine learning techniques for predictive maintenance, adaptive control, and system optimization.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation including specifications, system diagrams, and test reports
  • Project Management: Develop and test prototypes to validate design performance and reliability.
  • Project Sustainable: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during the development and production phases. (OEE)
  • AI-Driven Application: Integrate AI and machine learning techniques into mechanical systems to optimize performance, predictive maintenance, and design automation.
  • Apply Modern Methodologies: Lead or support continuous improvement projects using Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma tools to enhance efficiency, reduce variability, and improve product quality.

Preferred Skill:

  • Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) tracking and improvement techniques.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, PE) are a plus.
