Channel Compliance Analyst Location:

Cavite, Philippines

Role Summary

Analog Devices (ADI) is looking for a Channel Compliance Analyst to support customer screening activities across our distribution and e Commerce channels. This role focuses on reviewing customer information, documenting screening decisions, and escalating potential compliance risks in line with company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform customer and order screening reviews using approved tools and data sources
• Review and document approval, denial, or escalation decisions clearly and accurately
• Identify potential risk indicators
• Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to senior compliance team members
• Support queue management to meet review and turnaround time expectations
• Assist with audit or internal review requests related to customer screening

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, screening, audit, risk operations, or data review roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
• Comfortable working in a queue‑based, deadline‑driven environment
