The Regulatory Affairs & Safety team functions as a progressive global group that ensures product compliance and safety in every step of the product lifecycle.

The Associate Regulatory Manager is:

responsible for providing regulatory support for the development and launch of Amway’s Beauty, Personal Care, and Beauty Devices products launched from East Innovation Center located in Seoul, Korea. The ability to guide product development teams in regulatory compliance of new and existing products is an expectation and responsibility of this role. You will participate in concept reviews for our new products and ingredients, global formula approval, label development, international claims substantiation, and business continuance activities. You will work in close partnership with our global regulatory affiliates to ensure global acceptability and compliance of Amway products. Additionally, you will be expected to provide formal leadership to the regulatory staff directly reporting to you and safety team with dotted line reporting. Required qualifications:

• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in beauty/personal care/ home care regulatory environment (Total 8+)
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and in interpreting regulatory issues
• Global exposure with experience working cross-functionally and on global project teams
• Talent to communicate across cultures, with the potential to influence stakeholders
• BS degree in a Science or Engineering discipline

Skills to be successful in the role:

• Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, deadline adherence, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Talent to collaborate with internal and external partners to bring projects forward to completion
• Ability to offer thought leadership and strategic recommendations for improvements
