Emerging Talent Rotational Program (ETRP) – Site Operations (Quality Focus)

What you will do
Our “Fuel Your Potential” Emerging Talent Rotational Program (ETRP) is designed for ambitious early-career professionals who want to grow as leaders and innovators in global biotechnology. As part of this 24-month program, you’ll complete three dynamic 8-month rotations within our Site Operations organization, which includes Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and / or Engineering. The start-date of the program is September 1, 2026.
Along the way, you’ll gain a broad understanding of our operations, sharpen your leadership and technical skills, and build a powerful network across the company—while developing a strong foundation in Quality Assurance and GMP-regulated environments.

What we expect of you
We are looking for high-potential early talent with a strong scientific background and a genuine interest in building a career in Quality within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Master’s degree (by September) in Sciences, Health Care, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated interest in Quality Assurance, GMP environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Motivation and potential to grow towards roles with increasing responsibility in Quality, including a potential future Qualified Person (QP) pathway.
- Demonstrated leadership experience—whether through student organizations, internships, volunteering, or team-based projects.
- Genuine interest in Site Operations (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering).
- Comfortable with shift work during the Manufacturing rotation to gain vital on-the-ground experience.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data skills.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
