Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will fulfill FP&A duties across Operations. Play a key role in ensuring Operations achieves its deliverables for each financial reporting cycle. Responsibilities include the following:
- Consolidation of close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
- Manage calendar for FP&A timelines and deliverables for each reporting cycle
- Work with FP&A planners across Operations sites/functions to ensure all deliverables are completed within the timelines
- Submit forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning
- Prepare Ops Board of Directors summary slides
- Manage consolidation templates, files, and reports
- Provide support across Operations to support FP&A processes as needed
Additional responsibilities include: Updating presentations for senior leadership, assist in deriving the story behind the variances, develop strong relationships with planners, corporate, and other EVP consolidators, submit accruals and variance explanations for the Admin planned cost centers, pull data from Hyperion for ad hoc analysis, create kickoff decks for planning cycles
Basic Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Finance/Accounting & 1.5 years of relevant work experience
o Experience in accounting, budgeting and planning
o Familiarity with enterprise planning and reporting tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, Oracle Hyperion, SAP)
Preferred Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in business
o Certified public accountant or past experience working in accounting (with preference for experience in cost accounting and/or manufacturing finance)
o Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, ANAPLAN and/or other large ERP, AI tools, CHATGPT, CodeEX and consolidation tools
o Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
o Experience supporting senior leaders of an organization as an FP&A business partner or in some other advisory capacity
o Experience in preparing executive communication to include written and oral presentations
o Problem solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify and solve vaguely defined problems
o Possess a continuous improvement mindset
o Ability to influence at all levels with a customer service mindset
o Ability to take initiative and work within an autonomous environment
