Senior Product Manager – Oncology (CDMX)What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:
- Aligns sales force teams towards brands’ objectives.
- Develops and implements Strategic Brand Plans aligned to Global Brand Plans & adjusting according to local needs where applicable.
- Designs and executes promotional activities (visual aids, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages.
- Develop LRS projections with Finance & BI teams. Adjusting needs with Supply Chain team within Demand Review meetings.
- Delivers net sales target with the support of cross functional areas.
- Partners & participants within ELMAC Onco PM Community.
- Translates/implements Global brand campaign locally.
- Analyses market research insights with BI team and develop POA.
- Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans.
- Partners with Medical Affairs & Market Access to align on brands’ objectives across market segments.
- Agrees with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects.
- Recruit and manage external vendors.
- Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases.
Authority
- DOE sign-off in Brand Team at signature level.
Outputs
- Brand DOE budget.
- Country brand plans.
- Sales support tools.
- Promotional campaign.
- Marketing events.
- Product Forecast and LE.
- Brand Performance.
- Business presentations for Brand/Franchise/Country Reviews.
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
- Master’s degree and 4 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
- Financial and budgeting skills and experience.
- Documented track record of product launch.
- Computer skills (MS Office programs)
- Documented experience in Oncology Franchise area.
- Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position.
- Applies project management and advanced analytical skills.
- Demonstrates strong industry knowledge, networking capabilities and commercial attitude.
- Examines and understands issues from multiple perspectives or points of view, readily sees inter-relationships and cause and effect relationships; takes a systematic approach to successfully resolving all issues.
- Applies advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Serves as a role model and resource to others in promoting open, honest and cooperative relationships throughout the organization.
- Displays strong organizational and time management skills; multi-tasks effectively; delivers on commitments in a timely manner.
- Takes initiative and acts pro-actively, enthusiastically and creatively.
- Demonstrates open-mindedness and helicopter view capabilities.
- Communicates effectively at all levels both internally and externally, and (inter-) nationally.
