Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer at Amgen India, you will be responsible for developing and integrating user-facing applications that enable Amgen’s AI/ML and GenAI initiatives.

You’ll work across the frontend and backend stack to create performant, secure, and compliant digital solutions, collaborating closely with UX designers, AI/ML engineers, and Amgen stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain end-to-end web and data applications that visualize AI/ML outputs.
• Design and develop frontend (React JS) and backend (Python / Node / Java) components.
• Integrate APIs and machine learning models developed within the lab.
• Work with Amgen’s UX team to ensure alignment with brand and usability standards.
• Collaborate with data engineers for API design, data flow, and pipeline integration.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and automated testing.
• Maintain documentation, reusable components, and version control practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4–9 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, React JS, Node JS, Python / Java.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native development (AWS preferred).
• Understanding of secure coding and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building GenAI or data-driven applications integrating ML models.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Exposure to MLOps pipelines and model-serving frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (life sciences / healthcare).
