Senior Associate, Organizational Design & Analytics

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Summary:

The Senior Associate, Organizational Design & Analytics is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the maintenance of organizational designs and execution of organizational design projects within Amgen. This role will involve partnering with HR, Finance, and functional organizations to maintain organizational designs tailored to organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize organizational design software and modeling tools to analyze and model organizational designs aligned with organizational strategies
  • Support organizational design initiatives by driving the creation of supporting materials.
  • Generate scenario analyses and engage with in-house analytics capabilities on implications
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to evaluate organizational design workflows
  • Handle and process sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Support the utilization of organizational design software and tools.
  • Prepare materials for design workshops and follow up on action items.
  • Generate reports and maintain dashboards to track project progress.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.

Must Have Skills:

  • Aptitude in organizational design, change management, and capability mapping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant organizational design tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle and process sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to collaborate within a global team and across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in comparable position

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience
  • OR
  • Associate’s degree and 6 years of directly related experience
  • OR
  • High school diploma / GED and 8 years of directly related experience
