Job Description Position Overview
Prolia Product & Partnership Strategy Manager will play a critical role in preserving Prolia value by emphasizing its original value proposition. To ensure successful lifecycle management, this role also requires strategic partnership management, including driving strategic priorities, performance management, and fostering close collaboration. This strategic position involves planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to ensure a strong market presence while working closely with cross-functional teams and partners to achieve business objectives and meet patient needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Drive Strategic Plans: Develop and execute the country brand plan and prepare long-term strategic plans to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive, high-impact strategy for Prolia, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Partnership Management: In terms of partner strategy and execution, ensure quality execution and drive motivation to design mobilizing programs, manage KPIs, and seek additional opportunities for synergy and alignment with Amgen's Bone Portfolio in partner activities.
- In-depth Market and Competitive Analysis: Lead market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify insights, opportunities, and emerging trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for brand positioning and messaging.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Champion cross-functional collaboration with medical, regulatory, market access, sales, and global/region teams to develop and achieve seamless execution of strategies.
- Innovative Marketing Campaigns: Strategize and oversee the creation of effective marketing materials and campaigns, including digital, promotional, and messaging platforms for bone portfolios.
- KOL and Stakeholder Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and strategic stakeholders.
- Portfolio Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the strategic lifecycle management of bone portfolio, aligning with evolving market needs and optimizing product positioning.
- Budget and Resource Oversight: Direct resource planning and budget management to maximize marketing efficiency while ensuring strategic investments yield significant returns.
- Global and Regional Alignment: Ensure alignment with regional and global teams, facilitating the seamless integration of corporate goals with localized strategies.

Qualifications:
- Education:
Biology/pharmacy related degree or experience from similar positions preferred.
- Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of total experience in sales and/or marketing in the pharmaceutical industry (marketing experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and exceptional project management skills to drive complex initiatives.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) to ensure effective communication with global teams.
- Advanced financial and analytical acumen for efficient budget management and performance tracking.
- Strategic and decisive mindset, capable of conducting effective scenario planning and making optimal decisions under uncertainty.
