Senior Associate Business Analysis & Info (CDMX)

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for:

• Transform large, sophisticated datasets and analyze market indicators to provide important analysis, insights and/or recommendations to support business performance, strategies, and objectives.
• Active participation, coordination and support sales forecast process (sell-in/sell-out) by supervising and using accurate market trends, inventories, other market opportunities and potential.
• Support, advise, and collaborate to deliver ad-hoc reports and data for different departments.
• Ensure alignment, quality and standardization of the data and insights; ensure that the reports are accurate, and troubleshooting any issues with appropriate contacts (e.g., external partners). Identify any actions needed for data quality improvement.
• Cross-functional collaboration with commercial and medical teams for market sizing product launch (eligible population, identify competitors and market opportunity, sales proposal based on insights).
• Ensure that market research is conducted in compliance with appropriate policies and SOPs, and that findings are shared and used for future analysis.

• High quality internal (Customers) and external (Vendors) relationships.
• Market research Annual Plan fulfilment.
• Sales & market forecast.
• Deliver strategic insights.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree OR
• Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions in the industry.
• Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on Forecasting, Market Research, Business Analytics, Business development, launch excellence.
• +3 years of experience in Business Intelligence Roles.
• Management of computer systems (MS Office); mainly excel / Market Audits (DDD, PMM, NRC, GSDT, INEFAM, Close-Up, Gob 360) / Tableau, Qlik Sense, Flexview and/or any visualization tool.
• Large and sophisticated databases management.
• Background in Sales Force Effectiveness and/or related areas.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Top-down and bottom up approach, skills to develop new analysis to approach portfolio needs
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team environment, adapt to changing priorities, and independently lead cross-functional projects of high complexity.
• Strategic, Proactive, Analytical and Critical thinker.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
