Job Description Role Summary
The Business Performance Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the GCC AIN leadership team, driving operational excellence and business performance across the organisation. This role combines strategic planning, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with global priorities and deliver measurable impact. The position requires strong engagement with US Strategy teams to harmonise global initiatives and ensure consistency in execution.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Governance

Support GCC AIN leadership in defining strategic objectives and translating them into actionable plans.

Coordinate quarterly and annual business reviews, ensuring insights are data-driven and actionable.

Align regional priorities with global strategy through close collaboration with US Strategy teams.
Performance Management

Develop and maintain dashboards for KPIs, resource utilisation, and financial performance.

Analyse trends and identify performance gaps; recommend corrective actions to leadership.

Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and performance measurement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a central point of contact for GCC AIN across multiple functions (Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR).

Facilitate collaboration between regional teams and global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Lead cross-functional working groups to address operational challenges and implement best practices.
Operational Excellence

Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Ensure governance frameworks are adhered to across all operational activities.

Support change management efforts for new systems, processes, and organisational structures.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Prepare executive-level presentations and communication materials for leadership forums.

Special Projects

Qualifications
