Demand Planning Coordinator What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. This position is responsible for demand planning and supply coordination to ensure product availability in the local market. The role works closely with manufacturing sites, commercial teams, market access, regulatory and quality areas, ensuring accurate forecasts, effective inventory management, and successful product launches. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the demand planning process, defining accurate forecasts based on market conditions, supply capabilities, and statistical analysis to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate supply planning activities to balance local demand plans with import and supply plans.
- Support new product launches, product changes, and life cycle management activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines and business plans.
- Maintain and manage master data in enterprise systems to support planning activities and life cycle events.
- Work closely with manufacturing sites, commercial teams, and market access to align forecasts with business priorities.
- Participate in and support integrated business planning processes, leading the demand review discussions.
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels, product shelf life control, minimal waste, and reduction of logistics costs.
- Monitor and improve performance indicators related to forecast accuracy, service level, inventory efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with supply chain and cross‑functional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
What we expect of you

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Hands‑on experience with demand planning systems, including tools such as Kinaxis.
- Solid experience managing master data in enterprise resource planning systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand management, supply planning, inventory management, and product launches.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
