ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Description:

The Sr. Manager, AI Agile & Product will spearhead a dynamic team driving agile transformation, ensuring efficient program execution for building complex AI platforms & AI software development solutions in the AI & Data organization. In this role, you will lead Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Analysts and Product Managers, strategically aligning agile practices with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining strong financial oversight. A key focus will be cultivating meaningful partnerships with the Agile community, actively facilitating knowledge sharing, and elevating our organization's agile capabilities on a global scale

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct management and mentorship to Scrum Masters, RTEs, Product Analysts & Product Managers, ensuring alignment with agile & product management principles and best practices.
• Lead the transformation of teams into high-performing agile organizations by driving process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Scaled Agile Team in India to ensure that all teams are following the Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other relevant frameworks based on product maturity.
• Collaborate closely with the AI product teams to ensure consistent application of agile processes across AI product and platform teams.
• Conduct regular program reviews with stakeholders to provide status updates and ensure delivery accountability
• Engage with both regional and global agile communities to facilitate knowledge sharing and participation in events and initiatives.

Functional Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience managing and mentoring Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers or Product Managers
• Direct hands on experience with Agile and Product software delivery as either a Scrum Master, RTE, Product Analyst or Product Manager.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven experience in leading agile transformations
• Experience collaborating with global teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with Generative AI and its application in enterprise products.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and data tools (SQL) is a plus.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and evolve product strategy based on customer feedback and industry trends.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 10 years of relevant work experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent agile certifications is a plus.
