What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. As we prepare to launch Mari Tide in the U.S. for Obesity and related conditions (OaR), we are building a Direct-to-Patient (DTP) channel to operate alongside traditional access pathways.
This model includes digital intake, telehealth-enabled care, and end-to-end fulfillment, creating a single, integrated experience that routes patients across cash pay and reimbursed options based on their needs and coverage.
The Executive Director (ED), Direct-to-Patient Lead, for OaR will lead the design, integration, and launch readiness of this model. This role will define how patients enter, navigate, and stay on therapy through a simple, reliable, and scalable experience that meets consumer expectations while operating within a highly regulated environment.
The DTP channel will serve as a critical entry point for a significant portion of Mari Tide patients at launch. For many, this will define their initial and ongoing experience with the brand. Execution across this model will directly impact patient conversion, adherence, and long-term franchise growth.
Key activities and accountabilities include the following:
-
Patient Experience and Journey Design
-
Define and own the end-to-end patient journey across intake, evaluation, prescribing, fulfillment, and refill
-
Set the experience strategy and decision framework across cash pay and reimbursed pathways within a unified intake model
-
Establish standards to reduce friction and ensure simple, transparent, and consumer-grade experience at scale
-
DTP Operating Model & System Architecture

-
Set system architecture direction to ensure integration across telehealth, fulfillment, billing, and patient support programs
-
Ensure the model scales across launch, future indications, and evolving access pathways
-
Data Strategy & Performance Governance
-
Define the data strategy, including key data capture, ownership and use across the patient journey
-
Partner with CD&A to establish performance frameworks and dashboards to track conversion, adherence, and channel effectiveness
-
Drive continuous optimization through data, testing, and clear performance accountability
