  • Own operational reporting and MI, reviewing dashboards and insights to identify risks, bottlenecks, trends, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a senior operational partner to program governance, and leaders, escalating risks early and continuously improving the effectiveness and scalability of the Process Hub.
  • Drive process optimisation and scalability by identifying opportunities to standardise, simplify, and automate reporting workflows, including leveraging AI and data-driven solutions where appropriate.
  • Operate with flexibility across a range of processes, adapting to evolving regulatory requirements, organisational priorities, and the expansion of the Process Hub scope.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience overseeing control and testing activities (e.g. PRSA, RCSA or similar control frameworks), including review of evidence quality, issue tracking, remediation follow‑up, and timely escalation.
  • Ability to translate operational data into clear, accurate, leadership‑ready reporting, ensuring management information is consistent, insightful, and aligned to governance and control expectations.
  • Strong judgement in identifying execution risk, data quality issues, and control weaknesses, with the confidence to challenge constructively and escalate early where required.
