The Enterprise Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) enables this transformation by building scalable platforms, capabilities, and experiences that serve global markets. With a strong focus on digitization, innovation, analytics, and experimentation, Enterprise Digital accelerates near-term business impact while driving long-term enterprise transformation.

Within Enterprise Digital, the Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) organization partners closely with Product, Technology and Marketing teams to optimize digital journeys using data, experimentation, and advanced analytics.

Role Overview

Manager – Data Analytics

This role will play a key role in enabling high-quality, reliable digital data across customer journeys by driving execution of data quality and instrumentation practices. Partnering with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams, you will help ensure consistent measurement, actionable insights, and scalable data solutions.

Provide structured analytical support for strategic decision-making across Digital Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Data Quality & Governance:

  • Drive execution of data quality controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of digital data
  • Monitor data health, identify gaps, and partner with Technology teams to resolve issues
  • Uphold and reinforce data governance standards across digital platforms

Tagging & Instrumentation:

  • Implement and manage digital tagging frameworks and measurement requirements
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure tagging is embedded within development cycles
  • Ensure instrumentation supports core use cases such as customer journey tracking and experimentation

Platform Collaboration (Adobe)

  • Collaborate with Adobe platform teams to support tagging strategy and implementation
  • Ensure consistent and compliant data capture across platforms and journeys
  • Troubleshoot tagging issues and drive continuous improvements

Data Optimization & Efficiency:

  • Monitor and optimize data collection (events/hits) to balance business needs with platform performance
  • Identify redundant or low-value tracking and recommend improvements

Measurement Standards & Documentation:

  • Maintain KPI definitions, event schemas, and tagging documentation
  • Ensure adherence to standardized measurement practices and data governance requirements

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality data solutions
  • Communicate data issues, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders
  • Support alignment of tagging and measurement practices across team

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of analytics experience with a background in quantitative business analysis, tagging and statistical and modeling techniques; experience in digital analytics preferred

  • Proven hands-on experience designing and governing digital tagging frameworks across web and mobile platforms.

  • Strong understanding of event-based digital data, platform instrumentation, and large-scale data ecosystems.

  • Strong strategic thought leadership and problem-solving skills with ability to solve unstructured and complex business problems

  • Proven track record of project and people management; ability to engage and inspire team members and partners

  • Results driven by strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple priorities and keep team on track to exceed goals
