Key Responsibilities:

· The incumbent will be working with a dynamic and self-driven team with the task of ensuring that Incentive payouts (Bonuses) are successfully processed for global markets

· The tool used for processing these incentives is VARICENT SPM (Formerly IBM ICM Ver10). Knowledge of this tool is compulsory

· Your duties will involve the troubleshooting of data issues, creating reports, working with the team at aspect of the incentives process

Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree with 2 – 4 years of experience

· Skills and leadership behaviors are expected:

· Thorough Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· SQL Programming skill required

· Python Scripting skill desired

· Knowledge of IBM ICM/Varicent SPM desired

· Knowledge of Incentives processes

· Databases/Tables/Workflows
