In this role, you will be leading end-to-end project execution, managing budgets and financial performance, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic and profitability goals. The Marketing Specialist will work in tandem with various product segment leads as well as with the central AMD Marketing team EMEA and will report onto the EMEA Integrated Marketing Team Lead.

Project Manager – Marketing Specialist Essential Job Functions:Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring all activities are planned, scheduled, and executed on time in collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and customers.

Manage project budgets and financial performance, tracking expenditures and monitoring ROI to meet profitability and performance targets.

Conduct ROI analyses and deliver actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives and strategic projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, marketing) to align project objectives with business goals and financial outcomes.

Monitor, measure, and report on KPIs and project milestones, evaluating success and identifying areas for improvement.

Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project performance and financial impact.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve accuracy in project execution and financial tracking.

Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing or related industries.

Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering projects on time and within financial targets.

Technical Skills Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, ROI modeling, and KPI tracking.

Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBICore Competencies Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
