Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond.  Together, we advance your career.   THE ROLE: Join AMD Quality team of highly skilled professionals in managing the board test quality of key manufacturing suppliers in the production of our leading-edge Data Center Instinct products. Our presence in region gives this supplier quality engineer exposure to multiple AMD product development teams and manufacturing operation teams, in addition to our critical manufacturing partners and suppliers. This team partners with AMD Manufacturing Operation Team, Product Development Team and Procurement Team to drive our suppliers proactively work towards AMD quality expectations and requirements. THE PERSON: As a member of our Manufacturing Quality Engineering team, you will be a critical part of realizing AMD virtual integrated manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Be direct quality interface with suppliers which provide board testing service to AMD.Oversee and manage relationships with board test suppliers to ensure they meet AMD quality standards and requirements.

Lead root cause investigations for Quality excursions including defects and anomalies, collaborating with suppliers to implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) and mitigate recurrence risks‌.Continuously evaluate supplier Quality performance metrics through statistical analysis and on-site audits to develop quality improvement projects to achieve quality excellence.

Apply Python/Pandas advanced analytics on board test data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement, automate test processes and improve data collection for board testing.

Lead Quality Audits to Board Test suppliers to validate compliance, ensure rapid scalability to high-volume production environments‌.Manage new supplier qualification processes and conduct periodic performance reviews to strengthen supply chain resilience‌.Maintain detailed records of supplier quality performance and provide regular reports to management.

Work closely with internal teams, such as Product Development Team, Hardware Development Team, Manufacturing Operation Team and Procurement Team, to align supplier quality processes with overall AMD objectives.

Conduct technical training for suppliers to enhance process standardization and defect prevention capabilities‌. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Solid experiences in Semiconductor Manufacturing/Product/Test Engineering.

Proven experience in Board level testing operation and test methodology, familiar with board test hardware and manufacturing process.
