Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end software solutions, including both front-end and back-end systems, that are critical to the success of our products and platforms. You will work on complex, novel, and non-recurring problems, influencing technical decisions that have a significant impact on the final product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient full-stack software solutions for complex systems and platforms.

  • Build and maintain robust front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies.

  • Develop and optimize back-end services, APIs, and databases to ensure high performance and reliability.

  • Integrate AI and machine learning models, including LLMs and Agents, into software solutions to enhance functionality and performance.

  • Solve challenging technical problems using innovative approaches.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements.

  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software deliverables across the stack.

  • Contribute to the architecture and design of software systems, including front-end and back-end components.

  • Influence technical decisions and provide guidance to junior engineers.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

  • Generate technical documentation and publications relevant to areas of expertise.

Qualifications:

  • *Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or a Ph.D. also can apply.
  • *Technical Expertise:
  • Mastery of principles of full-stack software design, development, and optimization.

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C++.

  • Experience in AI and machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or scikit-learn.

  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents.

  • Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development and code management.

  • Knowledge of hardware-software interaction is a plus.

  • *Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and mentor others.

Preferred Experience:

  • Overall experience sought is about 5-8 years after Graduation
  • Experience in developing software for embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with API development, system software architecture, and block diagrams.
  • Contributions to technical publications or presentations at conferences.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.
