The Channel Marketing Manager will develop and execute the long-term global partner marketing plan for key AMD products and technologies. You will develop go-to-market strategies and programs (including the funding model) and lead plan execution across regional marketing, product marketing, product management, ISV alliances and other marketing departments.

THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will have a background in Marketing and, ideally, will have worked in the semiconductor industry. You have strong communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple organizations and levels. You have a strong understanding of our partners and internal/external customer expectations. Finally, you are a self-starter who can work independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar providing regular updates to all stakeholders
  • Design and implement processes to monitor and control resources, Channel Marketing budget, risks, and quality
  • Drive brand preference with our customers across the products, markets, and geographies.
  • Lead the end-to-end marketing planning from vision to strategies and initiatives that drive business results via breakthrough thought leadership and activation.
  • Translate business goals and brand objectives into a customer-focused marketing strategy.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, digital teams, regional sales and marketing teams and OEM marketing teams (account-based).
  • Support distribution channels to more effectively market and position products and services
  • Use data-driven information to develop marketing strategies.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Relevant marketing work experience in the Semiconductor, CE, IT industry or within an online/event-focused marketing industry (either corporate or agency background)

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
