We are looking for a Material Technician who will play a critical role in ensuring seamless material flow across the organization by optimizing NPI material management and maintaining accurate records to support build phases and enhance operational efficiency.

THE PERSON: This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be a collaborative team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and focused on delivering process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in close coordination with Program Manager, Procurement, Engineer, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory flow across projects.

• Manage end-to-end material flow, including unloading, labeling, system receiving, warehouse inbound, and coordinating shipping arrangements for both domestic and international shipments.

• Responsible for managing NPI material warehouses, optimizing material storage, ensuring inventory accuracy through quarterly cycle counts and reconciliation, and overseeing disposal activities in compliance with company policy.

• Provide support for ad-hoc projects and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and ERP system

• Able to communicate clearly in English and Chinese both verbally and in writing

• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field
