  • Oversee build plan execution for proof‑of‑concept and engineering builds, identifying risks and driving mitigation plans early
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for NPI readiness issues, partnering with stakeholders to resolve blockers quickly
  • Collaborate closely with business units, supply chain partners, and contract manufacturers to align priorities and timelines
  • Drive process improvements, develop operational dashboards, and track KPIs against annual objectives
  • Manage NPI cost analysis, identify cost‑reduction opportunities, and partner with suppliers on improvement initiatives
  • Oversee cross‑charging for NPI services and monitor capacity planning across partner manufacturing sites
  • Lead excess and obsolete inventory programs and coordinate material movements between sites as needed
  • Provide regular, clear updates to leadership on planning, supply risks, and readiness status
  • Partner with IT teams to drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices that support NPI execution

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Leadership experience managing planning, program, or project management teams
  • Strong understanding of NPI supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, materials management, and logistics
  • Experience solving complex supply and demand challenges in electronics manufacturing environments
  • Working knowledge of electronics manufacturing operations such as IQC, SMT, PTH, assembly, testing, and packaging
  • Experience supporting systems integration and working with contract manufacturing partners
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using material planning techniques and operational KPIs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning or enterprise systems
