We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide operational support to CG Admins and contribute to the efficient execution of daily business activities. This role is key to supporting teams and driving operational efficiency. The Administrative Assistant will gain exposure to operations, events, and employee recognition programs. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, well‑organized environment, and build strong internal partnerships across teams. This role is based onsite in Austin, TX.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate employee travel (excluding Sr. Director level and above) and process expense reimbursements accurately and on time, including:

  • Citi Travel Card applications and related expense reimbursements in Concur, accurately, adhering to policy, and on a timely manner

  • Process Visa applications and corresponding travel invitation letters as needed

  • Request a loaner laptop as needed

  • Support new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and organized start experience

  • Manage purchase order processing in alignment with company policy requirements

  • Order, stock, and organize office supplies, maintaining an efficient and well-organized supply room

  • Support team meetings and offsite events, including preparation, catering coordination, set up, and cleanup

  • Provide on-site support for candidate interview logistics as needed to ensure an exceptional candidate experience

  • Submit Service Tickets for necessary IT, equipment, facilities repairs, workstation changes

  • Create and track employee recognition and award programs

  • Track tasks and provide follow-up to ensure items are completed, documented, and closed appropriately

  • Provide coverage for team admin’s time off, vacation, leaves of absence

  • Comply with all company policies, operation processes and use of AMD applications; utilize AI and other resources to improve efficiency

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or office support capacity
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and consistently follow through on deliverables
  • Proficiency with AI applications as well as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative, service‑oriented approach
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and effectiveness while managing workload demands in a fast‑paced environment

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
