We are looking for an effective communicator who excels at cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision-making and is committed to professional growth, adaptability, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic directions for pre-silicon and post-silicon activities, focusing on power, performance, and system feature development for CPU/APU products.

  • Oversee the identification, debugging, and resolution of complex system-level issues across diverse test environments and platforms.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal partners, including silicon design, architecture, firmware, and software teams, to enable, validate, and debug system features.

  • Champion initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Mentor, develop, and inspire engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Success Measures:

Achievement of project delivery milestones and quality targets.
Measurable improvements in product reliability and customer satisfaction.
    Team development, retention, and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of leadership experience in hardware design, development, and debug for X86 architecture in the semiconductor industry.
  • Deep expertise in silicon architecture, computer architecture, and power/thermal management.
  • Strong knowledge of high-speed interfaces (e.g., DDR, PCIe).
  • Proficiency in programming (C, Python, or other scripting languages) and advanced analytical problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing complex projects, and influencing cross-functional outcomes.

Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
