We are seeking a Firmware Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams across FW/SW development programs. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end development lifecycle of server platform FW/SW—from initial design through deployment—ensuring delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

As a technical leader, you will oversee project execution across multiple disciplines, closely collaborating with engineering leads, customers, and manufacturing partners to align on key deliverables and technical milestones.

THE PERSON:

• Proven experience managing server firmware/software development programs with a strong track record of successful platform delivery.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across extended teams, suppliers, and customers to drive alignment and program success.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-regional teams to achieve complex development goals.

• Strong technical problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with the ability to assess business impact and make informed execution decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Own and manage end-to-end SW/FW development plans—including scoping, technical assessment, risk and resource management, and scheduling—from concept to deployment.

  Lead cross-functional firmware teams to meet project milestones in alignment with broader platform delivery schedules.

  Deliver clear and timely updates on development progress, provide deep technical insights into critical issues, and ensure on-time platform delivery.

  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and overall execution efficiency.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• • Hands-on experience in firmware development (BIOS/BMC) and technical program management within server or platform-level product development.

  Track record of contributing to multiple generations of server platform development.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.

  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
