
Sr Product Manager, IES LATECH
About the role
As a Sr Product Manager Latech, you will work in finding scalable tech solutions to improve the Amazon experience in AU, BR and MX.
- Key job responsibilities
- Set the end to end vision for product in Latin America and Australia.
- Lead planning and execution of a product roadmap in Australia, Mexico and Brazil.
- Create Working Backwards documents detailing requirements and user stories for engineering.
- Manage tradeoffs between short-term wins and long-term strategic bets.
- Collaborate with Tax, Compliance and Accounting teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements.
- Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and improve the experience.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.
A day in the life
Collaborate with leaders in Australia, Mexico and Brazil to understand challenges and opportunities.
Work with central and local engineering teams to find solutions that improve customer experience.
Prepare documents to drive alignment on the product roadmap.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
