• Key job responsibilities
• Own SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) product roadmap and drive implementation strategy for finance initiatives including integration with Amazon Corporate systems.
• Define and prioritize SAP FICO product features and requirements to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Drive product discussion vision, goals, tenets, and monthly business reviews with leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop use cases by gathering operating requirements, work with software development to build required features, clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track exceptions.
• Participate and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure proposed solution can meet business requirements using SAP S/4.
• Active participation in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and User Training.
• Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP S/4 HANA ERP functionality, which includes expertise in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, project system, cost center accounting, & product cost controlling.
• Design features utilizing SAP S/4 HANA FICO module to meet business requirements, including connection points with SD, PP, MM, PS, and other modules and implementation of SAP best practices.
• Have an ability to navigate through a large amount of ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrate crisp communication skills, have experience communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• 5+ years experience working as a functional lead or product manager with expertise in configuring SAP FICO module to meet business requirements, including connection points with SD, PP, MM, PS, and other modules.
• Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
• Experience with Oracle ERP software and manufacturing execution systems
• Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferred
• Expertise and in-depth knowledge of Make-to-Order & Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with SAP Material Actual Costing and Project Billing systems.
• Knowledge of SAP Vendor and Customer Consignment Processes.
• Solid organizational skills along with an aptitude for information technology.
• Experience with Vertex Tax integration, SAP Transportation Management System, and Ariba.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
