Amazon Ads is one of Amazon's fastest growing organizations. We are at the forefront of re-inventing advertising experiences with full-funnel advertising, at scale, with specialized agentic AI-powered models and diversify the demand to strategic verticals. The agentic product recommends campaign setups tailored to each brand. Once launched, campaigns leverage AI and intelligence to automatically adjust budgets, audiences, and tactics, alongside an Ads Agent to answer questions and explain strategies using natural language.
We are a passionate group of innovators dedicated to developing full funnel ad products that balance the needs of advertisers, enhance the shopping experience, and strengthen the marketplace ecosystem. We are seeking a strong Principal Product Manager (Technical) to own, build and execute plans for launching 0-1 products for brands and customers. We seek that rare combination of product and technical depth, a proven track record of applying AI and technology at scale in online advertising, and a willingness to challenge the status quo and raise the bar on every service and feature we build.
This is a hands-on leadership position seeking individuals who can think big, create structure and effectiveness in ambiguity, draw on their deep dive understanding of the digital Ads landscape by levering experience in working with cross- functional teams, including distribution leaders, applied scientists and engineers.

- Key job responsibilities
- Invent and launch new products & solutions leveraging Agentic AI and LLMs.
- Build products that leverage AI and technology for full-funnel campaigns.
- Identify opportunities and write proposals to help us drive growth areas for our advertisers.
- Work closely with science, engineering, design, operations, legal, customer service, measurement, customers, partners, and executives to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams, in a fast-paced environment, experimenting with new possibilities and taking calculated risks.
- Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute your vision.
- Leverage your analytical skills and work independently, with high standards.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/services

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
