As the Principal Program Manager for Global Shared Services (GSS), you'll serve as a senior strategic leader driving enterprise-wide transformative initiatives, establishing organizational resilience through business continuity planning, and leading sensitive strategic programs requiring executive-level coordination and discretion. You will shape the strategic direction of GSS operations while establishing governance frameworks that influence global business outcomes.

In this role, you will be accountable for leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives, driving organizational strategy and long-term planning, owning business continuity and resilience frameworks, managing sensitive capacity and resourcing programs, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will lead complex, high-impact programs while influencing organizational direction and establishing best practices that scale across the enterprise.

• Key job responsibilities
• Lead organizational-wide transformation programs with business impact and visibility across PVS.
• Serve as strategic advisor between GSS leadership and stakeholders, driving organizational strategy and long-term roadmap planning.
• Influence product development strategy, investment priorities, and resource allocation decisions across the organization.
• Navigate ambiguity while establishing clarity, direction, and scalable frameworks for complex, cross-organizational initiatives with business-wide dependencies.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, structural transformation programs, and business planning scenarios.
• Establish frameworks for, strategic partnerships, vendor assessments, and high-stakes negotiations.
• Develop business case frameworks for major investment decisions and strategic resource allocation.
• Deliver strategic recommendations and influence executive-level decision-making across global organizations.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior leadership, driving alignment across complex organizational structures.
• Develop executive communication strategies, facilitate strategic planning sessions, and navigate organizational dynamics to drive consensus.
• Represent GSS in cross-organizational strategic planning and investment forums.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in program management, tech program management, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree, or experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
• Experience in stakeholder management, including influencing executive level global leaders
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
• Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries
• Experience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs
• Experience in auditing, risk management, compliance, program management, or quality management systems
• PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
