• Draft and negotiate complex agreements with pharmacy industry partners, payers, and suppliers
• Provide strategic counsel on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
• Support pharmacy operations and new initiatives
• Collaborate with privacy, information security, and compliance teams on regulatory and compliance requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare regulatory or compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy law and regulations
• Background in pharmacy contracting
• Healthcare technology experience
• Understanding of pharmacy operations and benefit management
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
