Amazon Global Selling is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager to manage the end-to-end online and offline attendee experience and operations for our high-visible flagship events. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting growing business.
This role requires solid event marketing expertise and dealing with evolving business strategies and multi-layer of stakeholders management. The ideal candidate is an experienced and self-directed event marketing expert, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end attendee experience planning and execution for large-scale events (>10K attendees). He/she must have both online and offline perspectives, and highly hands-on to execute attendee operations incl. promotions and ticket-sale, venue, logistics, traffic and merchandising etc.
- Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end attendee journey strategy design and execution across all touchpoints: online live streams, main sessions, breakouts, expo, workshops, 1:1 consultations, and networking activations.
- Oversee event operations including venue selection and management, onsite traffic flow and merchandising, logistics, security, and third-party vendor management.
- Drive ticket sales, RSVP management, and attendee promotion across online and offline channels, ensuring registration conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business, product, internal marketing, and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Lead project management for supplemental event programs within Seller Conference, including ad-hoc initiatives and new program that enhance attendee value.
- Track and analyze post-event performance metrics, gather attendee feedback, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve future events.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in in-house event management, and demonstrated success in planning and executing large scale both virtual and in-person events.
- Expertise in Event operations e.g. venue management, logistics coordination, merchandising, and ticket sales/RSVP systems.
- Project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Has both agency and in-house background
- Experience in manage large-size attendee operations esp. in Expo-type events
- Proactive approach to handling any challenges that might arise and ability to quickly troubleshoot any problems that should arise on the event day
- Collaborative attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
