The AGI-DS team is seeking a Chinese Quality Auditor with a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will perform systematic quality evaluations within our global Data Associate network and conduct manual reviews to validate our automated quality measurement systems. This position is essential to maintaining high standards of data quality for AI development and training.

Key job responsibilities
Perform quality audits on individual workflows and deliverables submitted by Data Associates.
Support performance improvement for on-site Data Associates through coaching and calibration.
Conduct detailed analysis of quality at the Data Associate level and identify root causes of issues.
Perform manual reviews to validate automated quality measurement systems.
Ensure accurate and efficient documentation and reporting of quality findings.
Conduct audits for deep-dive investigations and escalation handling.
Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Collaborate closely with Quality Audit Specialists to implement process improvements and best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance team.

Basic Qualifications
